Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the UK only. All orders are fulfilled via Royal Mail, with the following delivery options:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard Shipping): Complimentary on every order, no minimum spend required. Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express Shipping): £5.00 flat rate. Estimated next-business-day delivery when you order before 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following working day. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. INORA cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

International shipping is not yet available, though we are actively working on expansion plans to make INORA accessible worldwide. Updates will be shared as soon as new regions become available.

Returns:

We hold ourselves to a high standard, and we expect our products to arrive with you in perfect condition. Due to the consumable and sensitive nature of our formulations, we are unable to accept returns based on a change of mind.
