Ordering & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Standard delivery is complimentary and usually arrives within 1–2 business days. If you choose Express Shipping, your order will arrive the next business day when placed before 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after your label is created.
Tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Carriers may occasionally scan a parcel as “delivered” before it physically arrives. Please allow up to 48 hours. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact the carrier or email info@inorahealth.com for assistance.
My order is incorrect or arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re here to help. Contact info@inorahealth.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item(s) so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order has been confirmed and assigned an order number, it cannot be modified or cancelled. To avoid issues, please review your order and shipping information carefully before checking out.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. INORA currently ships within the UK only. We’re actively working to expand our shipping options and look forward to sharing updates soon.
